SCOPE OF WORKS
Designed by Boffa Miskell, this flagship development by Kāinga Ora consists of 236 apartments across five buildings on a 9,433m² site. The goal is to provide a distinctive and recognisable identity for this new community and to generate a sense of pride and sense of individuality in the surrounding environment, encouraging residents to take ownership of their living environment.
